I seem to have inherited some red headed loons that show up in the mornings. It is getting chilly in the mornings but that doesn't seem to matter very much to them at all! One seems to have a digging skill searching for worms and grubs and the other reaching for the sky! They also have a call that I don't mind at all “Mama take a photo of me!”
so I caught these elusive happy chappies doing the loony dance in the back yard!

Caden’s class gave their first assembly item today! He was so excited. Their first one they played the Adams family with percussion instruments. He just loved to hit the tambourine! We had heard about it all week.
To finish off they had the infants stand up with them and they sang some songs!

Landscapes are not usually something that I enjoy but on our Sunday drive I did. Here are a few from Talbingo I think it was.

I like the wobbly ladder! So we went back for some wall photos, some play photos and just because photos! He makes me laugh! We played pirates and we found buried treasure, dragged it up the steps and found gold!! We drove the big ship and walked the plank!
it is bit soft but he is a dude!
Mama tried to get me to look while bouncing on the see-saw nope but I laughed while I watched her try to bounce and shoot at the same time!

We went out for a drive today just to get out of the house. So we headed up toward the Snowy’s to see the autumn colour. The kids were a bit fascinated at the idea of a waterfall but we are going to have to go back in spring with the snow melt. But the leaves were fabulous up there. With all the “are we there yet” whining and whinging coming from the back we stopped at a park to play and mummy and Ty learnt that Mummy is really not the right size for a twisty slide to stay without bruises!
But there were these great big piles of leaves just waiting to be thrown around and jumped in!
And a new favourite of mine. Caden wouldn’t get out of the car to have ago with a photo so Ty and I jumped out at the side of the road. I love it, I love how it was something I was in my head and it actually came off. I love how the red in the trees matches his hair and I am so glad that I managed to get the green jumper on him too.
We have a few more to come but as usual I haven’t had a chance with them yet!

Ty and I got out of the house today for a trip to the library and a picnic in the park. We had a blast and he fed the duck and found some books and chased the geese into the water.

This week I have really been on a kick to improve my photography so Ty and I have been out and about. We went to a local park that has these really cool graffiti walls . I am determined to take both boys back if I can to get some good ones together. that may be a mega undertaking but we shall see.

I have felt like i have been in a bit of a slump lately there is not wow factor to my photos so poor Ty has been awesome in helping me work on a few things. Here is our cheeky monkey at the soccer grounds that has very cool trees as a location to shoot at!

The last day or so I have been working on ABC books for the boys that involve both being able to read the little stories about them and also just learning the alphabet more. Caden has sat and read it all the way through twice so I think I can say that it is a hit!
