this was Lachies first time through the tunnel at Noah’s ark! I am so glad I managed to capture it so well!

Outside tonight. I have to get some direction light with flags or buildings to absorb some of the light bouncing around for my assignment. Caden and Ty sat for me and I love the drama of the BW here. Love my boy!

 

Gma came to visit!

I managed to snap one frame before he heard me and I love it! I love the colours, the gorgeous light the fact that after napping he has discovered that he can look out the window to see the world!

I am working on my lifestyle project and workshop and While Lachie was napping I cracked his curtain an inch or so to shoot some sleepy baby photos

School Photo Day

 

I know it is probably anal of me to get the boys to give me some proper portraits before their school photos with their class, but I love knowing that I will have a good photo and natural smile just in case I get the cheeeeeessssssee smiles from the school photos

a Visit from Seymour

One of Tylers class homework projects this year is to have Seymour come and visit. Ty has to document his week with Seymour. This afternoon at the request of Tyler we brought the camera out for some photos with Seymour

A visit from Miss G

Miss G, Miss E and their mum came to visit today. Miss G was happy to pose for some photos for me :)

just maybe we finally have a boy that has an interest in cars. Lachie loves watching wheels turn and hear his little red car click along!

we are nearing the age of toddlerhood

Signs are there… the having to roll the toilet paper up again, finding hair brushes in the toilet, the cat food and water being an easy target. The closer Lachie gets to walking the closer it seems to be a mischievous little munchkin we have on our hands

Happy 11 Months Handsome!

 

I cant believe time is flying so fast that you are 11 months old! you are starting to stand on your own, not walking yet but it wont be long. You aren’t really talking as such , but you are certainly making enough babbling sounds that once you start talking you are going to give Tyler a run for his money, AND you certainly get your point across! I have pretty much weaned you to the bottle now and you only have the occasional bf from me now. you are starting to really like food and will try anything more than once.

 

Infection

Caden managed to puncture his foot again in the back yard resulting in an infection due to the grass and debris in the wound so he spent today at home with Lachie and I. He had to rest his foot so he armed himself with his notebook, pokemon cards, pillow and blankie and settled in for some quiet time

 

Tug-o-blanket

 

Caden and Lachie love to grab Lachies blanket and play tug-o-blanket! Lachie giggles so much!
