Oh thank you thank you thank you

I was surfing some blogs tonight and came across a post (found here) about the Jessica Sprague Photoshop Friday tutorial of the Shazam! well I actually tried it tonight and wow. there is a few thing I have learnt tonight that I wish I had known ages ago! especially the smart sharpen. here are some photos I have played with. Feel free for some comments as I am learning as I go. I don't think they are perfect, but I am pretty happy with them.

I also followed a PSF for the story boards. Thank you

Day 16

Here is my POTD. I have been driving past these pinecone trees for ages and ages - practically everyday. so today I took the camera! this is pretty much SOOC except for a smart sharpen and cropping. I have full intentions of going back with my bigger zoom lens in the near future because of the long grass near it I am not too keen on the idea of finding a snake!

then as I am checking out my December file there pops up these two very cute very cheeky cheesy monkeys. Oh how I love this shot! a rare one indeed that they are both grinning like crazy at the same time - good one G'ma and Papa, come anytime!!
