Sunset over Lake ALbert

On my way home from a fun session it was just perfect timing last night to catch the sun going down over the lake. T he super disciplined people that were exercising got to thoroughly enjoy natures splendour last night. Since all the rain has filled the lake to the brim it is looking so good! Last night is was one of the calmest evenings and just beautiful. Here are a few images that I captured. It is a constant amazement to me just how much things can change in just an instant. The position of the sun and cloud coverage certain lets you see glimpses of beauty each and every blink. IMG_9747

Wagga Floods

Nothing like an entire month of October rainfall in a week to burst the banks on the river and the creeks and the lake.  First few are from around the corner with the kids in the street – knee deep on them and Daz at some points

It rained  very very early this morning (like started at 400) and Tyler couldn't sleep without his rain ears. Do you think I could find them? nope not for the life of me. So after he finally went back to sleep and I stayed up working, when the boys woke up we make 6 pairs of rain ears and a couple of felt pictures, it was lovely just dong stuff together again!
