February 08 POTD

 

A cool outhouse at the local Botanical gardens. I put an urban acid action over it as well as adjusting the levels slightly.

  

leaves after rain

  

my roses - the few things that stay still long enough for me!

 

over my lawn - makes me remember running around barefoot in the grass as a child, hot summer days, icy pole and just plain fun in childhood.

 

looking through my little roses - makes me think of fairies and elves in a magical garden place!

 

new buds on an oleander bush (I think) at the botanical gardens

 

rusty machines...

a different angle and time

 

a sleepy hug pig!

happy with this macro shot of the drops on the spikes - was actually shooting this for the sharp category in the 26 things list

starting the self portrait challenge

  attempt at depth of field, reminds me of summer all of those bright colours, the sand and sunshine reflected in the ball.
