Caden is happy to have photos again! Woohoo! I am determined to figure out how to use my grey card effectively. This is supposed to help me with correct colour and improved speed in editing. The jury it still out. but I grabbed the boys and the camera and the card to test it out. I am determined!
and he want to come up with his own poses!! woohoo!

After a disastrous attempt at a haircut the other day Caden and Daddy went off to the hairdresser this morning. I had fingers crossed that all was going to go well this time and my smart looking fellow would come back not the munchkin with the tufts of hair going every where. I was so happy I nearly jumped around the kitchen when I had a phone call and a little voice piped up and said “Mama I got my hair cut all by my self. I sat on the big chair and I look really smart now!”
Doing a happy dance and Tyler tells him “we are soo proud of you.”
so here is our new boy!
Even though I see these kiddos every single day (funny that) they constantly amaze me with how much energy they have. IT is still a rare occurrance that I have them in the viewfinder together without a silly look of both their faces. So while both the photo and the kiddos are works in progress (and I have been informed that it is a yucky picture by tyler thank you very much) I like it hopefully I can get it right to make my perfectionist inside happy.
The boys have really enjoyed blowing bubbles lately. Tyler started out yesterday doing it then Caden joined in.
Oh and
oh and on a side note – the entire bottle of bubbles is no more. Tyler thought it would be funny to finger paint in bubble and tipped it all over the desk. the only thing that saved his butt is the fact it was out side. he was banned from bubbles and had to clean it up. Sigh boys what can you do?!

jsut a quick one from today I haven’t had a chance to really look at the others yet as a I have a shoot in the morning,Anyway here is my little man. It could do with a couple of little tweaks but I love it!

Was what I was told. Well I came I stood and I ran back in to get the video camera and my big one. My boy had figured out how to swing himself! This is my boy that will not push himself or swing his legs. There was a click click click happening for him today and he did it!
I am one proud Mama today!

Once we survived cranky kids and cranky mummy, sleep is a godsend! Caden woke up and was happy to ‘work beside me on my desk today. We went through some of my school files today to see if we could find some worksheets and was happy to do anything. He spotted a magic number table that I set up for a class a couple of years ago looking at the addition of 1-10. We grabbed the matchsticks and off we went. He went away and after dinner came back and we worked on it for nearly 45 minutes. Here is how far we got today – plus he mastered writing 8’s!
After a while he was starting to see patterns and work out the next number without counting on or with the matchsticks! Yay Caden!! Well done little man! You are going sooo well!

Tyler went a bit quiet today, then I heard the thudding, crashing, banging. As I went to investigate this is what I saw…

A little bunny paid a visit to our house early in the hours of Sunday morning…
Caden was hammering the stumps of his cricket set in to the ground o minute then the next he was creating a campfire. So Tyler joined in and they had a blast.
And wiht all the roofing on the ground plus golf balls of course there are games to be played!
